Dr. Rajan Mahtani To Approach London High Court Via Omnia Strategy

Business tycoon Dr. Rajan Mahtani has alleged multi-million pound damages claim on Atlas Mara, a banking group floated in Zambia and in Africa by Bob Diamond. These allegations are over disputed purchase of Dr. Mahtani’s Finance Bank Zambia. 

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a prominent businessman in Zambia. As of late he made cases that Bob Diamond's organization Atlas Mara which is listed at the LSE (London Stock Exchange), breached the terms of arrangement set up with Dr. Mahtani claimed Finance Bank Zambia after it accepted control of the FBZ in the year 2015. All things considered, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has hired law office Omnia Strategy which is a prominent global law office established by Cherie Blair. The law office is setting up the case for Dr. Mahtani to be brought to the London High Court. 

Atlas Mara was a financial endeavor by Bob Diamond, floated across Africa in the year 2012 with the target of turning into a financial giant across the mainland. After the information on the case by Dr. Rajan Mahtani arrived at news sources, agents from Atlas Mara said that Dr. Mahtani's case was without merit and generally powerless. Nonetheless, there are a several who have sought after comparable cases against Atlas Mara and these cases have reached to the tune of 100 million pounds.
